Final Provisions

In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to take any and all legally available action. We also reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate access to or use of the Site, with or without notice to the User.

The Terms and Conditions governing use of the Site are regulated in accordance with applicable law.

If any provision described herein is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be removed or limited to the minimum extent required by law, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
